Geriatric Initiatives, Inc. is governed by a Board of Advisors with the President and the Chairman providing leadership, and standard Bylaws are in place. The Board of Advisors officers include: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Geriatric Initiatives, Inc. has an all-volunteer staff providing services. The agency has the following individuals on staff:
